The room we were changed to was neat and included central heating and a sitting area. Location: the hotel was near train station, and the medina of Fez. And there was The Ruined Garden with short-orders near the venue, super convenient...

The location of Dar Ikram was absolutely perfect! It was easy to find and conveniently located near the Blue Gate and a parking lot. We loved that we could explore the heart of Fes on foot without being in a crowded or noisy area. Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Khalid, in particular, was always there to offer advice and even offered to buy our bus tickets for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed a delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast each morning. Despite a few minor inconveniences like slow WiFi and narrow stairs, our overall experience at Dar Ikram was superb. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to explore Fes!

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my new year experience enjoyable. The daily room cleaning and fresh towels were a pleasant surprise. The location of the hotel was also ideal, being close to a car park and an entrance to the medina. This made it easy to find and convenient for exploring the city. the included breakfast was delicious, with a variety of breads and jams, and the option for eggs if requested.
There were a few minor drawbacks during my stay. The wifi was a bit unreliable, with slow speeds and occasional dropouts.

The daily breakfast offers a variety of continental and halal options that can satisfy even the pickiest of eaters. I felt like a kid in a candy store, except in this case, it was a buffet spread of delicious breakfast treats!
The bathroom occasionally had a slight odor, but it was not a big deal.
